It's funny how stress can lead to procrastination;I've been feeling the weight of writing five papers, studying for four exams, completing two math projects, reading the rest of 1984 ALL by Monday, and finally finding a little time to T-Tapp. Oh, just writing that was a little exhausting.....
HOWEVER, last night I did complete an hour and fifteen minutes of the new T-Tapp Broom master instructional workout(will be released soon!)- OMG! Absolutely killer workout!! Then I also did Thread the Needle, Balance (with tweaks ;)) and Diva Derriere. I was feeling so overzealous in my endorphin high that I ate a whole medium thin crust veggie pizza afterwards mmm mmm!
I am not allowing myself to workout until I complete a few assignments and at least one study guide. I will be in this room all weekend researching, writing, studying, and T-Tapping through the stress. Ahhh, straight A's and a hot bod??? YES I CAN!!! lol

That workout is TOUGH! But I bet the results will be amazing. Teresa just taught me how to combine the different sections together. Maybe you should try doing Basic Workout, then move onto just the T-Tapp Broom Workout sections and skip the Broom warm ups.
Thin crust is better than thick! It's not that bad considering you literally worked your buns off and were in your "carb window".
