Finishing my degree this semester and all the stress from my personal life I haven't been taking care of myself like I should be. I know I need to exercise to keep myself from spiraling, but I can't even bring myself to overcome the emotional frustration and it's inhibiting my desire to exercise. The stress is really destroying my health and I'm feeling worse and getting bigger everyday. I really don't know how to relax.....as soon as I stop myself from running around trying to please my teachers, my friends, and my family I just don't have any time to please myself. This challenge is MY piece of cake and not only will I exercise and just try to stay away from Taco Bell (oh how I love you Taco Bell!!!), more importantly I'm going to learn how to relax.
I promise myself this week:
I will resist Starbucks everyday (except today LOL)! I will replace my addiction with green tea.
I will exercise daily- even if it's one or a few movements.
I will take at least ten minutes a day to be still and silent.
